Cancellation Policy

At Jaunt Vacation Rentals, we understand plans can change. To keep things fair and transparent, our cancellation terms are outlined below.

Cancellation notice and refunds

• 100% refund when you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable service fee) when you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
• No refund when you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

Refund processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your cancellation request. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.

Service fee

The service fee is non-refundable and is not included in any refunded amount.
